Fantastic overall experience

The product is of good quality, and the service was super friendly and really helpful.

I had a great time shopping with Sueno. They quickly sent me fabric samples, even during the Christmas season, and included a few extras too. Their site is user-friendly, and placing my order was a breeze. They called to confirm my order and to let me know when my bed and headboard were set for delivery. They were super flexible with my schedule and even changed the delivery date for me twice. The guys who brought my bed were punctual, really efficient, and fast. They even helped me with my double mattress when I mentioned I might struggle to lift it. The bed is stunning! The fabric matched the sample perfectly. The drawers are gorgeous, which was a nice surprise since I thought they’d be hidden away. My only minor issue is that I wish the headboard fit a bit snugger against the divan bed; it tends to move back a tad when you lean on it. But honestly, that’s just a small detail. All in all, I’d suggest Sueno to anyone.

Once I picked out a few samples, Sueno sent over additional options that were similar to my choices. We ended up going with one of those for the headboard - such a nice personal touch! The headboard showed up super fast, way quicker than I thought it would. There was plenty of great communication about delivery to figure out the best time for us. I'm really happy with the headboard. I'm quite impressed with this company - I’d totally recommend them and will definitely shop with them again.

Amazing family-run business. Their customer service is top-notch, calling me right after I made my online order to confirm all the details, let me know when to expect delivery, and even send over some fabric samples. They kept me in the loop on the delivery day and provided excellent help with assembling the bed in my room. The bed itself is absolutely stunning, like *chef's kiss*. The ottoman feature is perfect for storage, especially in a compact space, and it's way sturdier than most ottoman beds you find out there. The navy velvet is just beautiful 😍.

I really love this brand. The craftsmanship of their beds is unmatched, they are incredibly well constructed and beautiful. Shipping is consistently faster than I thought it would be, and they always set it up in the room I want, not just left at the entrance. This is my second time working with them, and it’s always a joy. I highly suggest them.
